How it works

When listened with headphones, Outpouring of the Soul facilitates the brain’s creation of binaural beats. These binaural beats guide the brain to produce a deep state of theta, i.e., a calm and stress-free tranquility. This provides the subliminal background to the CD.

A little-known Chassidic melody provides the foreground. This unobtrusive but powerful melody has been used as an aid to Kabbalistic meditation for almost 300 years. 

Finally, a tapestry of soothing nature sounds and flowing water make up the audible background.
